Britney McArthur
Britney is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over two years experience working with adults with mental health concerns, families with mental health/addiction, and in supportive housing from conflict with the law or homelessness. She is passionate on providing a non-judgmental and listening ear to those who need it most. Britney has strong interest in advocating in social changes and being involved in conversations on how to make the world a safe space for everyone.
Britney’s interests lie in the general life stressors for youth and adults, as particularly overwhelming and identity orientated stages of development. Britney has primarily worked with women in the Kingston community, through a feministic and LGBTQIA+ affirmative lens, with the aim of supporting identifying women’s voices.
