    Kyla focuses on supporting individuals navigating life transitions. She has a specialized focus on new parents through pregnancy and parenthood, including grief work for those who have experienced pregnancy and infant loss or infertility. She also has a strong passion for supporting children and teens navigating the emotion regulation.

    Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

    Experience providing support for individual experiencing anxiety and depression; as well as a specialty in supporting survivors of sexual assault and other forms of life trauma.

  • D'Arcy Bowker

    Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

    D’Arcy’s focuses on parenting and the entire transition into parenthood, masculinity and its effects on both men and women in our society, relationships between couples and families as well as chronic illness/health-related trauma.

  • Sarah Ryce

    RN Psychotherapist, BScN, PMH-C

    Sarah works with individuals, couples, and children navigating challenges such as Anxiety, Stress and Grief/Loss. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health with additional training in Perinatal Grief/Loss and Reproductive Trauma such as Infertility, Miscarriages, Infant Loss and Birth Trauma. Sarah works with couples to improve communication and connection in their relationship. Sarah works with Children 6+ who are experiencing Grief/Loss in their life such as a death, divorce or big life change.

  • Amanda Lane

    Registered Social Worker - BSW, MSW, RSW

    Amanda specializes in supporting adults and teens in their gender affirming journey. She also works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, stress and grief.

    Ashley’s focus is on supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues and other life stressors. She works with children, teens, adults and couples.

  • Britney

    Britney McArthur

    Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

    Supervised by Kyla Balderson (Registered Social Worker)

    Britney's focus is supporting teens and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other concerns with self-esteem and sexuality or gender identity. Britney also provides support for teens facing the adjustments of parents divorce/separation.

  • Meagan Donnelly

    Registered Psychotherapist

    Meagan concentrates on working closely with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life stressors, relationship concerns, navigating identity issues, and substance use. She is able to practice psychotherapy with individuals from 10 years old and above.

  • Kelsey Prohaska

    Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying)

    Supervised by Kyla Balderson (Registered Social Worker)

    Kelsey’s focus is on supporting individuals, aged 12 years old and above, experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and additional life stressors. She also concentrates on working closely with those affected by trauma, stress, and burnout such as emergency first responders and military personnel.

    Sarah's focus is supporting individuals (10+) experiencing panic, emotional overwhelm, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety and depression. Sarah also focuses on neurodivergence, and providing care for individuals with diverse needs and abilities.
