Kelsey Prohaska
Kelsey’s focus is on supporting individuals, aged 12 years old and above, experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and additional life stressors. She also concentrates on working closely with those affected by trauma, stress, and burnout, such as emergency first responders and military personnel.
Kelsey has completed a variety of education including a bachelor of kinesiology and health sciences and a diploma in paramedicine and has been working as a paramedic for the past 12 years. After being witness to the need for adequate mental health resources for emergency first responders, and the wish to build further connections with those struggling with mental health issues and various life stressors, she decided to further her education and complete a master’s in counselling psychology.
