Sarah de la Roche

Sarah's focus is supporting individuals (10+) experiencing panic, emotional overwhelm, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety and depression. Sarah also focuses on neurodivergence, and providing care for individuals with diverse needs and abilities. Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as well as the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Coming from a background in cognitive science, Sarah is passionate about understanding the relationship between our minds, bodies and the world around us. She has spent over three years building connections and supporting youth in navigating diverse mental health difficulties, specifically supporting neurodiverse individuals and youth who have experienced complex trauma. With the hope of providing additional support through the art of psychotherapy, Sarah chose to further her education in counselling psychology. Sarah offers a supportive, open and compassionate approach, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship and collaborative care.
