Supporting the Supporters
Being a loved one or family member of a first responder comes with unique challenges and stressors. The emotional toll of knowing your family member faces dangerous and high pressure situations daily can often lead to feelings of worry, helplessness and isolation. This workshop is designed to help you understand the mental health challenges that first responders often face, build stronger communication strategies, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to support your family's emotional well-being.
This workshop is for spouses, partners, children and other loved ones of first responders who want to better understand the impact of the job on mental health and develop tools to support both their first responder and themselves in a healthy, effective way.
Join us in creating a stronger, more resilient support system for the heroes who serve our communities. Together we can help build healthier relationships, improve mental well-being, and ensure that the families of first responders thrive.
This workshop is offered by our Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Kelsey Prohaska who also is a First Responder, Wife, and Mother.
All proceeds from the workshop are donated to #IVEGOTYOURBACK911.
