Healthy Coping Skills - Child & Teen Skills Workshop

Join Kyla Balderson (Registered Social Worker) and her students for this 3 part workshop series focused on emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal relationship skills. This workshop is geared to children and teens with two separate cohorts based on age group (10-12 years old and 13-16 years old). The material covered is DBT/CBT/ACT informed and each participant will be given a workbook to take home - expect interactive and engaging activities throughout the workshop.

$25 per person

Ages 10-12: 1:00pm-2:30pm

Ages 13-16 3:00pm-4:30pm

For The Healthy Coping Skills Workshop you will learn how to recognize unhealthy vs. healthy coping strategies; and build healthy coping strategies that will decrease the intensity of emotions.
