This workshop is geared to children and teens with two separate cohorts based on age group (10-12 years old and 13-16 years old). The material covered is DBT/CBT/ACT informed and each participant will be given a workbook to take home - expect interactive and engaging activities throughout the workshop.

$25 per person

Ages 10-12: 1:00pm-2:30pm

Ages 13-16 3:00pm-4:30pm.

For The Building Healthy Relationships Workshop you will learn how to recognize unhealthy vs. healthy traits and behaviours in both friendships and romantic partners; strengthen communication styles and skills while touching on what boundary setting can look like.

Supporting the Supporters Workshop

This workshop is for families and loved ones of first responders. The workshop will cover ways to increase awareness of mental health challenges, enhance communication, strengthen coping strategies and resilience building. Kelsey Prohaska (Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying) is also a first responder who is focusing her education and therapy practice on ensuring first responders have the support and care they need to continue to support their community.

There is a fee of $10 per participant - all proceeds will be donated to #IVEGOTYOURBACK911.

Supporting the Supporters Workshop

Being a loved one or family member of a first responder comes with unique challenges and stressors. The emotional toll of knowing your family member faces dangerous and high pressure situations daily can often lead to feelings of worry, helplessness and isolation. This workshop is designed to help you understand the mental health challenges that first responders often face, build stronger communication strategies, and develop healthy coping mechanisms to support your family's emotional well-being. 

This workshop is for spouses, partners, children and other loved ones of first responders who want to better understand the impact of the job on mental health and develop tools to support both their first responder and themselves in a healthy, effective way. 

Join us in creating a stronger, more resilient support system for the heroes who serve our communities. Together we can help build healthier relationships, improve mental well-being, and ensure that the families of first responders thrive.
